The actual air consumption at the site exceeds the machine’s rated output capacity; 3. The air filter element is severely clogged; 4. There are significant air leaks within the piping system. We recommend starting by cleaning the air filter and checking the piping system for airtightness.

Excessive moisture in compressed air is usually related to downstream air treatment equipment. Please check the following: 1. Is the refrigerated air dryer starting up and cooling properly? 2. Are the automatic drain valves on the air receiver tank and filters clogged? 3. Has the existing dryer’s processing capacity been exceeded due to the high temperatures and humidity typical of summer weather?
